Bandai Namco has confirmed four games that will be available on PlayStation 4 in Europe and Australia. God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2: Rage Burst, Tales of Berseria, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven, and One Piece Burning Blood were the new releases announced by the game developer.
God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2
First up is God Eater Resurrection and God Eater 2. The RPG has been massively succesful in Japan and will now be making its way to these shores in the summer of 2016.
God Eater centres around the threat posed by lifeforms called Oracle Cells that are bent on the earth’s destruction in the 2050’s. Their gargantuan appetite of earth life and ability to quickly adapt has turned the Oracle Cells into the demonic Aragami monsters.
Enter the God Eaters.
The God Eaters are an elite group of Aragame hunters that players will have to team up with in order to save earth. Check out the launch trailer below:
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven is a 2 v 2 action brawler that lets players take on the role of over 50 characters from the highly popular anime and manga series called JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
The 3D action game is being made by Bandai Namco in conjunction with the talented team at games studio CyberConnect2, whom you may recognise as the creators of the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm franchise.JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven is also slated for release in the summer of 2016.
One Piece Burning Blood
One Piece Burning Blood is another title popular in the land of the rising sun tha has been confrimed as coming soon to PS4. Revealed at the just ended jump Festa in Tokyo, Japan, are an awesome collectors edition as well as the chance for fans to vote for their favourite extras that will come as part of the special pre-order pack.
The collectors edition is a Marineford Edition that pays tribute to the original title’s storyline. One Piece Burning Blood is out on PS4 in June 2016.
Tales of Berseria
The latest installment in the long running “Tales of” franchise, Tales of Berseria will be coming to PlayStation 4 soon. Players will take on the role of Velvet, the first female solo main character, whose tough upbringing has given her a special power.
Tales of Berseria will focus on the conflict that is constantly raging between Velvet and the intense emotions she has developed. She will need the support she gets from a boy called Laphicet, and he special power in her left hand. See the trailer below:
