Fifa 18 remained the best selling game on Sony’s PlayStation Store in October, the company has revealed. The football sim held on to the top spot for the second consecutive month despite a slew of new high profile releases. New entries Gran Turismo Sport and Assassin’s Creed Origins were unable to dislodge the popular EA title and had to settle for second and third respectively.

As mentioned above, the PlayStation Store saw a number of notable arrivals in October. In addition to GT Sport and Origins, new entries into the top ten included  South Park: The Fractured But Whole and action RPG Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Bethseda’s Wolfenstein: The New Order was a notable climber, moving 19 places to number seven.

Also experiencing a resurgence was Rocket league, which moved up 8 places into tenth place. PS VR charts remained largely the same except for new entries from Everest VR and Raw Data. In addition, there was also a big jump from Driveclub and PlayStation VR worlds which both moved back into the to ten. Check out the top ten lists as published by SIEE below for a full update.
