Critically Acclaimed Shoot-em Up Blast Its Way to PS4

Super Stardust, the critically acclaimed and PlayStation 3 and PS Vita shoot -em up classic developed by  the talented team at Housemarque has been confirmed for the PlayStation 4 platform. Entitled Super Stardust Ultra, PS4 gamers will finally be able to enjoy the timeless classic with the benefit of the current generation’s better definitive graphics and social features.

Originally released on PS3 in 2007, the game was also released on PSP as well as on PS Vita in 2012 with Super Stardust Delta. In the game, players pilot a start fighter to defend planets against an enemy intent on destroying you. A deadly meteor storm will be raging at the same time as you battle your foes. Players will have to destroy all their path through pure skill and accuracy.

Better Visual Effects and Loads of New Features

With the step up to PS4, Super Stardust Ultra comes with a slew of upgrades and enhancements to take full advantage of the PlayStation 4’s power. On top of the original game modes the new title will also have at least nine new modes, global leaderboards, a slew of new planets, better visiual effects, and the ability to compare your scores with fellow Super Stardust gamers from around the world.

Players will also be able to directly challenge each other online or show off their skills through an all new Interactive Streaming mode where viewers can vote on your gameplay.

In addition to the single player mode, PS4 gamers will now also be able to team up with their friends in a co-op mode or battle them via a 2-4 player split-screen. With many new visual enhancements, add-ons and social features, -plus the depth you get from PS4 graphics,  Super Stardust Ultra will surely become a Playstation 4 classic. We cant waitfor it’s arrival!
