Yakuza Kiwami PS4 Release date

The eagerly awaited classic open-world crime remake Yakuza Kiwami has now got an official PS4 release date. The action-adventure game will be released in Europe on August 29 2017. Originally developed by Sega for the PlayStation 2 console, Yakuza Kiwami was first released in 2015. After first being launched in Japan, the classic in the making made it to European shores the year after to wild acclaim by gamers.

Now the cult classic is now being remade for the PlayStation 4 console in what is set to be one of the biggest releases on the platform this year. News of the release date also comes with the announcement that a new website for fans, Yakuza Experience, has now been launched.

The site features a brand new digital Yakuza comic, Character maps and timelines, and a 360* Yakuza experience.

The digital Yakuza “The Dragon’s Path” comic series is set to span 10 chapters and will feature key events in the games’ story line. The first issue is now out and available to read.


New NBA Playgrounds Gameplay Trailer

Elsewhere, Sabre Interactive released a brand new NBA Playgrounds gameplay trailer detailing features of the games’ mechanics. The upcoming pick up and play PS4 basketball game is only weeks away from its release in May the latest update will be welcome news to fans. In a blog post on the PlayStation Blog, Sabre details how to upgrade your players, shooting and dunking, defense, and the lottery pick system.

NBA Playgrounds fans will be bracing themselves for some aggressive but honest playground rules B ball on PS4 in May. The game will feature a roster of over 200 current and retired players, tournaments, single-player and online play, as well as hundreds of playgrounds from around the world. Gran Turismo Sport European beta starts Saturday 15

If you’d like the opportunity to participate in daily races online then why not sign up to the Gran Turismo Sport Europen Beta. Sony is currently recruiting testers for its upcoming racing video game developed by Polyphony Digital and the Beta starts tomorrow, Saturday 15 April.

The beta gives players the opportunity to contribute to the development of the latest installment of the car racing franchise on PS4. And registering for the beta means you get to be one of the first players to see the game before it is released.

Tests have been ongoing with gamers in America and now the opportunity has become available for the games’ European fans. Theres still a little bit of time left to sign up  and the the Beta racing schedule is as follows:
