Eidos-Montréal recently revealed the new sequel of the Deus Ex video game, which is called Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and will be available soon on PS 4 consoles.
Eight years ago, Eidos Montreal decided to revive the Deus Ex game franchise. In 2011, after much effort they finally released Deus Ex: Human Revolution – the 3rd instalment of the Deus Ex game series. It was the first video game created by the Canadian game development studio, and the title has reached great heights since then. Now, they are ready to raise the Deus Ex series to the another level.
Mankind Divided is a cyberpunk-themed action video game which combines different elements of first-person shooter, role-playing, and stealth games. The games story takes place in the future (more precisely in 2029), two years after the terrible events of Human Revolution and the notorious ‘Aug Incident’ that occurred in Panchaea.
These frightful events have stopped further human augmentation and caused people to be divided (hence the game title) and deemed as outcasts. As you will see, the game content can sometimes feel very strange.
However, mankind has just the right person to take revenge! If you’ve played Deus Ex: Human Revolution before, you probably remember Adam Jensen. In Mankind Divided, this guy will return again, but now as a counter-terrorism agent and the games main character.
Equipped with new improved augmentations, he will travel to different hazardous locations around the world to liquidate various secret organizations which want to control the fate of all mankind. Who will win in this ruthless battle will depend on your gaming skills!
