Just two weeks after releasing the first Overwatch animated short, “Alive,” Blizzard Entertainment and Sony have released yet another video that sheds more light on some of the game’s biggest rivalries. The new animated short – “Dragons” takes a closer look at the history behind the conflict between Hanzo and Genji, the two notable descendants of the Shimada clan:

Overwatch Animated Short – “Dragons”
The “Alive” animated short featured Widowmaker, a ruthless and lethal sniper who prefers to employ deception and stealth to get an extra edge. In the “Dragons” animated short, we see Hanzo returning to the family home to seek redemption and confront the ghosts that linger from his past in Hanamura.
Overwatch will be a team-based arena shooter featuring over 20 playable characters. The game is currently in Development by Blizzard Entertainment and is set for release on the 24th of May 2016. Before the game’s release, there will be an OverWatch open beta that is scheduled to kick-off in early May.
The Overwatch open beta is open from 5 to 9 May and will give players access to the complete game including all the maps and the title’s playable 21 characters. Activision will also be giving early access and other privileges to all players who pre-order the game including the Noire Widowmaker skin at launch for PlayStation gamers.
