Carmageddon Max Damage PS4

Stainless Games has announced that its vehicle carnage series will be making its to PlayStation 4 soon. Carmageddon: Max Damage will arrive on PS4 mid 2016 featuring added environments, a larger roster of cars to choose from, and unfortunately for them, even more pedestrians!

The vehicular smashing game offers players both an offline and an online six-way car carnage experience in which the main aim is to destroy your opponent’s ride. The game’s offline mode, called Classic Carma, allows players to battle against AI opponents in challenges that include completing all the laps, clearing the sidewalk of all pedestrians, or crushing your opponent’s fleet of vehicles.

Online, in Fox ‘n’ Hounds, a single player is marked as the ‘fox’ and the rest then have to hunt them down, – the perfect setting for both limitless driving possibilities and metal-bending  vehicular carnage.

Carmageddon Max DamageOne great feature that stands out in Carmageddon: Max Damage is the Action Replay mode. This special feature allows players to place cameras at any angle they like, and then proceed to record every instant of the carnage taking place below.

Other highlights that give more depth to the game also include a variety of unique and ingenious power-ups, and an anytime repair system which allows you to repair any damage to your vehicle without having to leave the melee.

There is no set date for the release of Carmageddon: Max Damage on PS4 but Stainless Games’ Twitter Page does however say that the game will be out sometime in mid 2016. We’ll add further updates as they become known so keep checking back on PlayStation4Magazine.com for regular updates.
