Bandai Namco has announced the release date for Tekken 7 on the PS4 console as well as unveiling a brand new trailer. The game will be the next instalment in the legendary series and is out on the 2nd of June 2017. Bandai also unleashed a release date trailer showcasing the games’ new gameplay mechanics and innovative features. Check it out below:
Tekken 7 Kicks its way onto PS4 June 2nd
At the moment Bandai Namco is calling Tekken 7 the final chapter in the 20-year-long Mishima feud. As usual the upcoming fighting game will feature its acclaimed 3D battle system, as well as an impressive roster of new and previous characters.
As can be expected, Tekken 7 will also boast amazing photo-realistic graphics, and new, innovative fighting mechanics. The new gameplay mechanics include the soon to be legendary Rage system; Rage Art and Rage Drive. The two will give characters some devastating extra power when they need it most and can be used to turn the tide during battle.
Another new feature will be ‘Power Crush’ another armoured attack that can give you an added advantage if used at an opportune time.
Players will be find themselves embroiled Porno in the epic showdown of family feuds as the Mishima clan battle amongst themselves for control of an empire that stretches all over the world, as well as settling old scores.
In addition to an expanded character roster, Tekken 7 will feature a dedicated story mode and some PlayStation 4 exclusive content. One of the new characters will be Akuma from Street Fighter, and he’ll bring many of his classic attacks albeit with a new twist in Tekken 7.
The goodies don’t end there though: there will also be a Jukebox mode which players can use to create a playlist Xvideos to listen to while playing the game. Jin, Xiaoyu and King will also get exclusive costumes lifted from Tekken 2 and Tekken 4.
Oh, and if you’re a big fan there will also be a Tekken 7 Collector’s Edition. The special edition will feature a figure of Kazuya and Heihachi in battle, a collectable steelbook and the game’s’ official soundtrack.
